Early or Late the rule of 7's

I have just discovered the obvious! Try this as a simple rule for the best fishing on Shenandaoh. Go before 7:00am or after 7:00pm from July 7 through the end of August.
Well, it has worked for me over the past few weeks. Popper fishing has been outstanding. If you are waiting, don't wait much longer or you might not have much water to fish. We continue to receive just enough rainfall to keep the rivers at good fishing levels.
